These terms govern access to the Hedley Trading Card website and catalog. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

1. Business-to-business use only
This website is intended for card shops, online sellers, wholesalers, and professional resellers purchasing sealed products for resale. It is not a consumer storefront, investment service, or marketplace for individual collectors.
2. Catalog information is not an offer
Product listings, photographs, release dates, descriptions, quantities, minimum order quantities, and availability are provided for general information. They may change without notice and may contain errors or manufacturer changes. Website content is not a binding offer, guarantee of allocation, or reservation of inventory.
3. Prices and quotes
Prices are not published because wholesale market conditions change frequently. A quote is valid only for the period and quantity stated in writing. Unless expressly stated, a quote does not reserve stock and does not include shipping, insurance, duties, brokerage, import taxes, sales taxes, bank fees, or currency-conversion costs.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an inquiry does not create an order. An order becomes binding only after we issue written confirmation or an invoice, the buyer accepts the applicable terms, and any required payment or deposit has been received and cleared. The written quote, invoice, or order confirmation controls if it conflicts with this website.
5. Buyer responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate business, payment, destination, and customs information; confirm that products may lawfully be imported and resold in the destination; and use the website only for legitimate commercial purposes. Scraping, interference, fraud, impersonation, and unauthorized reuse of website content are prohibited.
6. No warranties about market value
We do not promise future resale value, market demand, grading outcome, investment performance, or retail availability. Buyers make their own commercial and market decisions.
7. Website availability and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hedley Trading Card is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, reliance on catalog information, interrupted access, or third-party links. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory rights that cannot be waived.
